Use Our Facilities
Alpena Community College allows faculty, staff, community groups and organizations to rent or use College classrooms, conference rooms, Park Arena, and The Granum Theatre for academic or educational purposes, when those facilities are not in use for student classes or College activities.
Academic and educational purposes include workshops, conferences, seminars, and job skills training. The College does not reserve or rent space on a continual basis, or for social or fund-raising functions.
Facility Usage Contract
ACC facility users agree to comply with all guidelines and user responsibilities. To confirm availability call 989.358.7360. ACC may refuse use of facilities to any organization or individual failing to comply with ACC policies and procedures.

Equipment Rental Fees pertain to those groups or organizations that rent space on campus and would like to use Audio Visual aids for their event. Note: Food & Beverage must be provided by ACC and is not included here. Contact Food Services at 989.358.7216 for food and/or beverages.
