Forms for Articulation Agreements

Michigan Department of Education General Articulation Agreement


Steps to receiving Articulation Credit at ACC:
  1. No matter which program you follow, you will need to apply for admission to ACC. 
  2. From there, you need to complete the Application for Articulation Credit and submit it, along with your official high school transcripts, to the Registrar's Office. 
  3. Depending on the courses that you wish to receive credit for, you will need to fill out one of the following forms.

Alpena High School
Microsoft Office Specialist

Cheboygan Area High School
Statewide Agreements


Your teachers or counselors can help you figure out what forms you will need to fill out and if you need to complete any additional assessment exams or tests required with the articulation agreements.
